Fr. Tom Has Passed Into Heaven
Fr. Tom passed into glory on Monday, February 23, 2026, while attending a conference in Florida. He had given instructions that the ministry continue. He wants his "tapes" to continue to bless people. To that end, we will continue to publish his earlier radio programs and recordings of his conference talks. Anthony Correnti will continue to preach via the airwaves several days a week. We will miss Fr. Tom dearly, and hope to continue his legacy of "preaching the word in season and out of season". May he rest in peace in the loving embrace of his Savior.
Father Tom was born in East Boston, Massachusetts in 1946. He graduated from Salem State College, Salem Ma. in 1968, and was ordained a priest for the Archdiocese of Boston by Humberto Cardinal Medeiros in 1979. He has served as a parochial vicar at Sacred Heart Church, Quincy, Ma and at St. Adelaide's Church, Peabody, Ma. Then he spent 25 years as the Administrator of Holy Rosary Church in Winthrop, just outside Boston. For the final years of his life on earth he was a senior priest in residence at St. John the Baptist Church in Quincy, Ma.
Father Tom was active in the Catholic Charismatic Renewal for over five decades, and has preached at countless conferences and prayer meetings. In 1984 he began In Season and Out of Season, a Catholic, evangelical, bible-based outreach on radio. His program is now heard on 10 radio stations across the U.S.
Fr. Tom has a great love for the Church and made the enhancement of the spirituality of parish life a priority in his ministry.
